The Network Is not Connected Yet

Question：Why does the HMI prompt that the network is not connected?​

There is no problem with my network. The HMI's "external network PING test" shows that there is no problem, but the VPN connection status shows "network is not connected yet"

Answer: If the connection status shows "Network not connected", there are only two possibilities：​

  1. The external network not connected
  2. HMI system time is incorrect

This time it has been verified that there is no problem with the external network connection, so the cause of the failure is：The system time of the HMI is incorrect.
After the HMI system time is updated to the current time, the fault "Network is not connected" is resolved.

After turning on the VPN switch on the HMI, it will automatically connect to the cloud server.When connecting, the time will be used to verify the validity of the current HMI connection, so when using the VPN function, be sure to confirm the correct HMI time!
